All research and search optimisation is included in the price.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
MPH Copywriting offers 30-day payment terms. More importantly, you only pay when you're happy to sign off the content.
HOW LONG WILL MY CONTENT TAKE?
Your copywritten content will be produced within three working hours if received before 2 pm. All non-urgent copywriting is scheduled in according to your deadline. The majority of copy we produce is with our clients within three days.
DO I HAVE TO PAY for the copywriting IF I'M UNHAPPY?
No, you don't, but we have an excellent track record, so you don't need to worry. You only pay when you're happy, so if you need us to amend the copy, that's exactly what we'll do.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT FOR THE CONTENT?
You own the copyright for the content once you have paid for the copywriting service.
CAN YOU PRODUCE COPY QUICKLY?
Yes, we're used to providing an urgent turnaround on copy, which we provide within three hours if it's under 400 words and submitted by 2 pm on a working day.
DO I GET A DISCOUNT FOR BULK WORK?
Yes, you do receive a discount for a large amount of copy, which starts at 1000 words per month.
HOW DO I RECEIVE COPY?
We use Google Docs, so you can view the copy live, add comments, and suggest edits. We find that using a live document ensures that only one version is viewed and makes collaboration easy, so you can obtain sign off from multiple team members quickly.
We also provide a Google Sheet for multiple projects, so you can view what we're working on, the SEO optimisation percentage, when it was sent over for approval, and final sign off.
DO YOU USE SEO SOFTWARE FOR CONTENT
Yes, we use an in-house SEO audit system that checks the copy we produce for keyword, phrases, word count, and hundreds of other factors against your competition -- giving your website the best chance of ranking higher on Google.
We often make recommendations to improve the content, which might include FAQs like these. :-)
